Refund/Exchange Policy


All sales are final... Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded If there is an error or an issue exchanges must be made within 2 business days. 

You may contact us providing your Name date order was placed and order number.

You must provide issue and documentation, photos etc.

In the event of an exception, an exchange may take place but you may be responsible for the return label. 


You may have to pay for your return label. The new item will be shipped once the return is received.

If your items are returned to us for Wrong Address, you will have to pay for another shipping label. No refunds.
